From the Pennsylvania Turnpike:
Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 26. After leaving the tollbooths take Route 309 South (Philadelphia) approximately 1.2 miles to Route 73 East (Flourtown). At the end of the exit ramp, make a left turn onto 73 East. Follow Route 73 for 7.2 miles and make a left turn onto Central Avenue, just beyond Burholme Park. The entrance to Jeanes Hospital is on the left, about two-tenths of a mile ahead. Follow signs to Friends Hall and Parking Lot E.
From Route 611:
Take Route 611 to Route 73 East (Township Line Road). Take Route 73 East approximately 2.4 miles and make a left turn onto Central Avenue, just beyond Burholme Park. The entrance is on the left, about two-tenths of a mile ahead. Follow signs to Friends Hall and Parking Lot E.
From U.S. Route 1:
Take US Route 1 to Route 73 West (Cottman Avenue). Continue on Route 73 West (Cottman Avenue) for 2.4 miles and make a right turn onto Central Avenue, just before Burholme Park. The entrance to Jeanes is on the left, about two-tenths of a mile ahead. Follow signs to Friends Hall and Parking Lot E. Follow signs to Friends Hall and Parking Lot E.
From the Schuylkill Expressway:
Take the Schuylkill Expressway to U.S. Route 1 North. Be sure to stay in the outside lanes of U.S. Route 1 when the road divides. Take U.S. Route 1 to Route 73 West (Cottman Avenue). Continue on Route 73 West (Cottman Avenue) for 2.4 miles and make a right turn onto Central Avenue, just before Burholme Park. The entrance to Jeanes is on the left, about two-tenths of a mile ahead. Follow signs to Friends Hall and Parking Lot E.

The Jeanes Hospital Campus is accessible by SEPTA bus (Routes 18,70 or 28) and regional rail train service (R8). For schedules and information, call SEPTA at (215) 580-7800 or visit www.septa.org. Once on campus, follow signs to Friends Hall.
